I downloaded the app Skype. I have no clue what u are referring to???? Pamela, I was assuming your Kodak Easy Share was some sort of web cam. For anyone else who cannot get their Easyshare camera to work with Windows 10, search for a Windows 8 update for Easyshare and install that. I did this and it worked. I think that the cable supplied with the camera probably had issues. My camera is about years old but in great condition as I mostly use my iPhone these days!
